What is ZUUG?
ZUUG is a tool for singles and parents to navigate the classic shidduch process in a dignified and completely private environment ensuring that they are in the driver's seat.

How ZUUG Works
Singles – or parents on their behalf – upload their information and preferences using ZUUG’s engaging, interactive format. In addition they choose which shadchan should facilitate their shidduchim.
There is absolutely no browsing. Shadchanim can’t browse singles in the system. Singles can’t browse other singles.
Based on the information provided, both sides receive a preliminary suggestion with basic info – no last name, no resume. Only two suggestions can be received at any one time, and only six over the course of a month. This ensures that each suggestion is carefully considered.
If both sides feel that it is worth having the shidduch be redt – then and only then – will the shadchan they have chosen be contacted to redt it. At that point the shadchan will be sent the information about both sides to present the shidduch in the classic way.

    Singles – or parents on their behalf – answer an easy and private questionnaire. (Bios are invisible and are only “seen” by ZUUG.)
  • 2.
    ZUUG suggests potential shidduchim based on your bio and preferences, using high probability predictors.
  • 3.
    When both sides say “please redt,” their mutually chosen shadchan is contacted and handles the shidduch the traditional way.
